Dru Posted November 28, 2005 Share Posted November 28, 2005 Climb: Bear (not that Bear) Mountain-The 103 Hikes Route Date of Climb: 11/26/2005 Trip Report: Luwayo and I bagged this peak yesterday as part of an impressive alpine training regimen Saw some trippy cloud and lighting effects on da summit The mothership connection...is here There was a Hot-Flashes worthy mixed project on the logging road roadcut on the way up Freshiez commenced with a venegance And on the way down I discovered that some punk-ass local kids had stolen and rolled my car! Gear Notes: Hiking boots, toque, two dogs, Swiss Knight process cheese, trekking pole Approach Notes: Logging road driveable to 6 km but we hiked it to up the vertical gain. No pain, no train.
