Openoffice better than Microsoft office?

I see open office just came out with version #2. I'd tried star office about 3 versions ago and liked it.

 

Does anybody here have experiance with the new version of openoffice? FullTR on it?

Well, I used both Office and OO on my system. I had some real issues with graphics inserted into an OO doc keeping their appearance when a colleague would open it in M$ Word. SOme stability issues with the Writer and Impress was fairly slow in importing Powerpoint slides. I use Linux ( Fedora ) so OO is quite nice but I find myself firing up VMWare to run MS Office ( plus some other apps that my company has which are IE dependent )...but we are big on Linux :-)
