Whistler last week of Dec?

My wife and I are planning a ski trip to Whistler at the end of December. Basically, my company in making me use some of my precious vacation days that week. Of course, as many of you know, this is one of the most expensive times to go. So, we'd like to hook up with another couple (couple of whats?, you might ask) to share housing expenses. We're thinking of going for about 5 days, suggested dates would be arriving the evening of Dec 23, leaving Dec 28th. We're pretty quiet and laid back and don't do drugs or smoke or do things like tell you it's just us that's going to be there and then show up with all of our loud drunk friends a 3am. ;-) Pretty much, we ski until we're about to fall over. I tend to like the ski-in/ski-out option on Blackcomb, but that's not something I'm stuck on.

We booked a pretty good package deal online for that same time period at a hotel. Room and lift ticket at about $100 per person/per day.
