JasonG Posted July 8, 2002 Posted July 8, 2002 Just a heads up to whomever may be heading in there in the next few weeks. The headwall is already pretty broken up (more so that it looks from below) and will be quite a bit more challenging once a few of the key bridges melt out more. Even in current conditions we had a couple of spicy 'schrund crossings that got our attention. Of course it didn't help that we were getting pounded by the weather yesterday either . . . we could have been off the best line by a little bit due to the bad visibility. Quote
dR Posted July 9, 2002 Posted July 9, 2002 Yes, we missed good weather by a day or so...good climb though...There were a couple guys from BC doing the N. Ridge on the same day...wonder how they made out??...Hopefully without too much trouble from the weather... Quote
Jason_Martin Posted July 9, 2002 Posted July 9, 2002 Saw those guys on the trail... They did fine. Jason Quote
