Climbing Rack

Climbing rack for sale. Gear used only one or two seasons. Full set of nuts and hexes. 5 metolious'-- #0,2,5,6,7. Several quick draws. Black diamond chest harness. $250 for all.

Sorry to rain on your party chrismv whoever you are. You and your rack sale might be totally legit, but it sure sounds fishy to me.

 

To all prospective buyers. Make sure this stuff is not hot.

- First time poster

- Nothing else is for sale

- If you are getting out climbing, what about all the other stuff? Shoes, harness, biners, belay devices, etc.

- Have you ever heard of a climber replacing everything on their rack in one fail swoop? Hell no.

Wow... it never occurred to me that it would come across that way. First of all, I'm not selling my shoes because I may still go to the climbing gym from time to time (and frankly, they are much more worn out than my rack-- I didn't start trad climbing/leading right out of the gate), also belay device can sometimes be necessary for glacier climbing, which I still intend to do. And finally, I'm a first time poster since I don't climb much anymore and I don't frequent this site. A friend of mine recommended that I try to sell my gear at this site when I mentioned to him that it was unlikely I was going to get back into climbing again anytime soon (too many other demands on my time). I've got my initials all over the gear and the tape clearly wasn't put on yesterday, so no, it's not hot. Also, I do have some BD ice screws for sale as well, but thought I'd see how this posting worked out first. Geesh.

Probably not at this point, but if I don't get any takers on the whole thing, maybe I will put up a separate posting for the cams in a few days.
