Seemed like the best rates. $200/month (that includes all taxes and fees and shit) plus airtime. The shipping came to $15 each way. Comes with two batteries. Just give the guy a call - no internet needed. The places in the city are quite a bit more expensive (altho I didn't know about the ACC option).
