House has big yard (corner lot), garden, DSL, NY Times, all appliances, furniture, TV, etc. Current housemates are mostly UW grad students or employees aged mid 20s to early 30s. Currently three females, two males - one male is leaving. No pets unfortunately. Absolutely no tobacco in the house. Easy 8 minute bike ride to UW. Easy access to buses 71, 65, 68. Hot, single, female ropegun prefered, but will consider all sane, clean, and friendly applicants. Rent is ~ $350.
