Need referral to downhill ski chat site

I stumbled into some downhill ski gear that's way better than I should be dinking around on and am looking for a little input on how this high-performance(?) gear is going to affect my experience as a recreational skier. Any good chat sites out there where I could kick this around some?

 

I scored a pair of Atomic 9.22 skis with Salomon S912 bindings and some Salomon XWave 10.0 boots. I really need some mfrs instructions on how to operate and adjust the boots.

 

And if anyone here has some insight, let er rip! I'm an old fart getting back into downhill after a number of years out of the sport....I have no real desire to go fast or huck off cliffs. Will this gear (especially the boots) take all the fun out of cruising the blues?
