Mark_Husbands Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 FS: Dana Astralplane, late 90's. size M. 200 bucks. Used on a variety of trips but in good shape. No tears or repairs, some stains. I put some gear loops on for you free of charge! Lid becomes a fanny pack. But then, who needs a fanny pack with a 3 inch thick waist belt? Buy this and carry an enormous quantity of stuff! Bring an espresso maker and a cast iron pancake griddle for yer girl. I'm married and my back is injured so I can't use this anymore. Heavy, durable, carries big loads well. Good West Butt pack. http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/plab/data/503/2505P1010045-med.JPG http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/plab/data/503/2505P1010043-med.JPG http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/plab/data/503/2505P1010042-med.JPG Mark Quote

Jedi Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 I put gear loops on mine also. My pack has occupied my gear closet since 98. Probably a little dusty. Nice picture of Hunter. Mark's pack is lighter than the current version at 7lbs 2oz, from what I can remember. The newer model is 7bs 12oz. Jedi Quote
kurthicks Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 is it a bozeman-made version or overseas? Also, what's your torso length (for my size comparison)? Quote
Mark_Husbands Posted January 31, 2005 Author Posted January 31, 2005 Its a Bozeman (I'm pretty sure) from 97 or 98 or so. I'll look for tags. I can also get a measurement later, but I'm one of those 5'7" types with a long torso (and by implication, short legs). So I figur a 5'8" - 5'10" male would be a likely good fit. Quote
Mark_Husbands Posted February 11, 2005 Author Posted February 11, 2005 again bump. OBO. may need another venue. Quote
