Shops that do boot stretching?

Anywhere in Portland? I imagine that Dave's cobble shop in Seattle does it, but I could be wrong. I need to have the heel of my climbing boots stretched to fit a bit better (and cause less pain!)

Any cobbler or shoe repair place will do it. Don't expect too much stretch from a pair of heavy boots.

I've been told over and over again that they can't do much in stretching the length of boots but they can get some lateral stetch. Not sure about heels though. Just call a couple good shoe repair shops in your area.
