Double_E Posted November 1, 2004 Share Posted November 1, 2004 I just moved into this place in the Pigeon Point neighborhood of West Seattle... little 1 BR cottage behind the main house if the lot. main house has two apts, upstairs and downstairs. upstairs is for rent (2 BR, 995/month, small yard, quiet dead-end street). is right near the Delridge exit of the West Seattle Fwy ... takes only 5 minutes to get to I-5 if there's no traffic. hoping to find some chill folks to move in up there. downstairs is one bedroom, inhabited by single guy, have only met him once but he seems cool enuf... don't know tho if he climbs/bikes/etc. PM or email me for landlord's #, or other info.
