Construction on SR2

FYI:

 

I went Eastside on Tuesday evening, and was detoured at Money Creek to Skykomish. The going was slow, because not only is there that one-lane bridge, but there are a couple of construction zones along the detour as well.

 

They are doing bolting on the cliffs just East of the Skykomish Tunnel.

 

Same when I came back Thursday.

No just doing that chain-link rock catcher stuff. the highway will remain its twisty, windy, shady, two lane self.
