JoshK Posted August 23, 2004 Posted August 23, 2004 I just happened to turn on the TV a few minutes ago and on CNN Bush was speaking about intelligence director or something like that. He was actually making sense, to give credit where credit is due. Then the interview starts to rap up and it goes something like this... (slightly paraphrased) reporter "mr. president, are you going to athens?" bush "Athens, texas??" reporter "greece" bush "oh greece. no, I dont plan to" reporter "what is your favorite moment so far of the olympics?" bush "Uhh.........Hmm.........Huh, there are lots of them.......let's see.....Iraqi soccer........I liked the Afghani woman holding the flag. Our gymnasts are great, the swimming, lots of great stuff." I am not sure how the reporters didn't crack up at the "Athens, Texas"? part... Quote
