Kind of thick and sultry today (Wednesday 7/14), but it'll be a happening thing all the same. I expect I'll go wallow in the ultra cold free old quarry pool at the Tenino city park first, so I won't be cragging until 5:30 or 6:00 is my guess.

Temperatures look to be lovely this evening, and the climbing should be prime. We opened up a new moderate 5.10 a couple weeks ago too, now sporting a couple of those six inch long 5/8" bolts for an anchor too.

3:10 pm update: The ground and shrubbery is wet, but the rock feels dry, and I don't think it's taken on enough water to weaken the sandstone. At this point I'm going to give things a tentative thumbs up. thumbs_up.gif

Weather looks to be good this week, though it looks like I will be cragging at Donner Summit instead of Tenino this Wednesday. Ya'll should come on out and have fun, I'll see you the following week.

With just a hint of a breeze it was comfortable to climb by 7 last nite. By the time the bats came streaming out of the cracks conditions were ideal. See you next week Off!

Depends on what it does during the course of the day. We've had a little rain earlier this morning, but it may be okay. I'll walk over and check things out around 3:00 and post my observations. Me, I'm an optimist, though that seldom seems to have an effect on how the world works. yellaf.gif

All systems are go. We had one brief squall today, so the ground is damp but the rock feels fine. I've got to take off at 6:30, but of course ya'll can stay til the bats come out.

Heya Off all of a sudden the weather has taken a turn for the better. Any chance the cliff might dry up for wednesday? I won't hold to your reply just wondering if we had a shot!
