SR20 Open????

The post regarding Newhalem craggin access seems to suggest that SR20 is open only to "administrative traffic". I looked at the WSDOT website, but I couldn't find any information to confirm whether SR20 is open, or closed, or what. Anyone have any reliable information regarding any current closures or restrictions?
