A friend loaned me a book published by the Mountaineers press called "Conditioning for Outdoor Fitness". She thought I might want to read about specific activites and possible muscle imbalances related to climbing and injuries. Thought I'd put it up here so people interested in specific exercises related to the activities we pursue can check it out.

It talks about general fitness, has a bit of anatomy and physiology, covers muscle imbalances, stretching, balance, and has specific exercises for training (aerobic and stregth). Then it has a section that talks about the muscles used in specific activities and how to train.

Happy reading.
