allison Posted April 10, 2003 Share Posted April 10, 2003 This is what I would like to see: no time limits on edits, but you have to have the "edited by" thing if you edit after a certain time, like 4 hours or something. Possible? If you need one of your posts edited, just go to it and hit the "alert mod" icon at the bottom of the post and I am sure one of the mods will contact you and see what you need done. I know there have been a number of times in old threads I've found where people went back months and months later to delete or edit their posts. Historical revision strikes me as a little odd, don't say it if you don't mean it, and if you want to retract, just come out and say it.
