WHy don't they have enough foresight to be able to see how to take advantage of the situation? The internet was an opportunity for them, but they are choosing to see it as a bad thing. But the music industry (excepting some of the smaller labels) is not that kind to its patrons, or it's musicians for that matter. On the other hand, it is still copyright infringement. The real question here is whether or not the invasion of privacy and pre-assumption of guilt are worth the enforcement of copyright law. Quote
