Trip Date: 06/08/2019

Trip Report:

Route is in great condition, mostly snow covered still. Trail to colchuck lake is snow free. Once, you reach the pass there's no need for ice axe or crampons on the other side as it's already thawed out. Views are quite dramatic from up there. I decided to microspiked it, I would not recommend it. Crampons would have been the better choice. Fun glissading on the way out.

Gear Notes:
Microspikes, Ice Axe, Trekking Poles

Approach Notes:
Road to Stuart Lake Trail Head seems to be getting worse every year.
