Now that the Real Villains have crawled out from behind the curtain to exercise the power of themselves, the checks are finally revealed to be nowhere in sight because they have never existed for THEM (Deep Government) in the first place. Their power never changed with any administration. Well, the check bounced when Cheeto tried to pull a small slow hand and got bitch slapped. So who is going to bitch slap the CIA and NSA?
