i believe the ticket is for following to close. there is no inattentive law in this state as far as i know.
the best one is "exceding abilities in conditions" if you leave the traveled part of the roadway in incliment weather conditions you are lookin for a ticket!!!!

they have a nice house and live in a nice area...i like it there other then air quality...
they are 1 hr from the mtns and 1.75 hours from the ocean...seems like a good place to be imho.

and yes the investors do get something, they get advertisement, they get their name out there. it even sez so on the website. "to let your customers know you are supporting grassroots ski op" .(or something to that effect) so they are attempting to market the small ski niche, just as your article stated that the BLM or whomever was giving unfair advantage to the bigger resorts. they are marketing this.(or something to that effect). so........................................
