Alex, Did you end up climbing Lane Peak Zipper? I'm considering going next weekend and want to find out what the conditions are. I've heard people report there isn't enough snow yet... Cheers, Kristian

I assume the main entrances to the park will be closed during the government shutdown. I'm hoping to climb Observation Rock this weekend. Does anyone know if the Mowich Lake Road will be gated too?
