Heading to Georgia for two weeks in late March. Some touring, some lift or cat skiing in Mestia (the newest baby of the president and french investors) and Gudauri, maybe a race or two. Airfare is under 1k from major US cities, in-country costs about $30-40 per day. As the trip requires some planning and translation, I'm happy to share planning and details with anyone who's interested, whether you want to ski for a few days or the whole time. Yep, same orange for both ropes. Saw those at gearx too, but I'm thinking they're pretty old and thus bought from backcountry instead (manufactured 2 yrs ago rather than a couple more based on color). I'm in MA at the moment, and the ropes are with me. PM me if you're still interested and we can work something out, like if you want one rope and to buy another of a different color somewhere else

One of the most durable bivy sacks out there, but not for me. Used one night, loved it, but now have a bivy tent. Has a wire hoop and is totally waterproof. Paid 270, looking for 165. EMS EXP -30 down sleeping bag. Purple. Would be great for Denali or the Himalaya, not planning on going anywhere that cool right now. Used snow camping in the N Cascades and once in the arctic. 800 fill, extra long, down draft collar, all the goodies, including awesome, silk-like pertex fabric. Looking for 400 or so. I'll be at Holden Village June 25-July 4th if anyone is interested in climbing Bonanza/Fernow/Copper/Northstar etc. Been climbing for a couple years, trad to 5.8, glaciers and ice to 60 or so.
