  1. Big Agnes String Ridge 2 tent. I scaled it at 5.5 lbs. with body/fly/poles/8 stakes/and extra guylines. Used but in virtually perfect condition. No holes or tears, and not so much as a blemish that I'm aware of. Will ship with the guylines I added if you want them. A couple of the U.L. snow stakes are bent, so I will add 3 other new stakes to the bag.

It comes with all bags/stuff sacks as well. The cheapest I see it online in stock is on sale for $430. First "I'll take it" gets it. Thanks!

    $300 shipped

  2. I've used the OR Fraction and Thermawrap both. Don't think the Thermawrap hood went over my helmet, but I don't have it anymore to check. The Fraction has been good to me though, and it seems like they are always on sale.

I now use an Integral Designs PLQ for summer+ belay duty. I put snaps on my Dolomitti hood and PLQ collar, so it now has a removable hood at about 16.5 oz. all up. It's a little bit loftier than the others, which I wanted.

  3. Some lightly used, some never used, none of it fallen on. All prices are shipped. Thanks!

  4. This is a "harvest" (orange) Westcomb Himalaya jacket, size L. It is sized as a belay jacket. I'm 6'2" 190lbs. and it layers over my base+R1 and/or softshell nicely. I used it a couple of days this winter, but it is like new. I've been very happy with it, just looking to try a few different jacket designs.

Product description here: Westcomb Himalaya. As you can see in the pictures, the color is more vivid orange than it looks online.

Pertex Quantum outer, Primaloft ins.; loft is comparable to the DAS. Outside pockets you can see, there is also one big inner pocket. Helmet compatible hood. Materials and workmanship are excellent.

    $180 shipped in continental U.S.

  5. I'd reiterate that while the floor dimensions of the ID and Rab are @ the same, there is much more floor space in the ID due to the angle (and I swear ID sandbags their numbers on a lot of stuff). I assume the mtn. would be more comparable to the MKI.

Sounds like the Rabs might be a good fit for you, so I'm not trying to convince you otherwise, I just wanted to clear that up since the floor specs are about the same.

If you can get a deal on the Mtn that's always a bonus. Then if you don't like it and have to sell it you don't lose much. I'll look forward to your thoughts/review whatever route you go.
