i love returing stuff to rei. all it takes is a reason why it should be returned, and if you don't have one just go with " i'm not satisfied" simple as that

what are the most reliable and accurate weather forecasting sources? (like a ten day forecast)

thanks to stuart for posting this video. i never understood why it wasn't ok to "short clip" my daisy. TBay is also right, it takes ten secconds to back yourself up with a clove-hitch on a belay. I wonder though, how much force would it take to rip out the stiching. i can't immagine enough force could be generated if all you do is use the daisy as a personal anchor at a belay.

I'm planning on climbing baker this weekend, june 3rd, and am looking for any route info on the coleman deming route. Another question, is baker doable in one day, or am I going to need to camp at heliotrope ridge, is there a higher camp? Any info would be appreciated.

I'm in the same boat as Tom, but probably have even less experience. I'm looking for routes in the north cascades that I can learn on and gain experience this spring.

I'm gonna start sport climbing also. My question is about the draws. I've been looking at getting ten or twelve omega pac wire gate fire-o's and a pair of wire alpine draws for the top system. Any advice would be appreciated. How many draws do I need? Should I be looking at different draws? (I have a great price on the omega pac draws.)
