Bill; If you're here in the Seattle area there are a couple of canopy sales outfits that also carry aprts. Check the yellow pages for North Seattle (aurora) and Puyallup/Tacoma. A visit down there and they matched the broken lock on mine.

Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! On the way down from Camp Muir yesterday (4/27/05) my crampons had apparently made other plans. I am reasonably sure they were lost somewhere below Glacier Vista. A trip back up produced nothing so I suspect someone has already found them. Since they are Montrail’s that only fit Montrail boots I presume the finder will want to return them (please). Monetary remuneration for the finder’s honesty is offered. Thanks
