I use one, my right knee cap has dislocated twice and left subluxated once (popped out and popped back in in the same moment). I have overly loose joints. Its the white colored ACE bandage. Its made of fabric and has metal support down the sides, sewn inside the fabric there. dosent hamper rock climbing movements, and makes me feel super secure on hard moves.
