Yeah, I think it matters. It's a lot harder to stay focused for 59 stories than 10 and a big difference in physical effort.
On a sidenote. You've got a way of talking over the internet that makes me think you really think you're the heat. So are you?

What makes you so sure they didn't air the story knowing full well the documents were fakes? By retracting the claim of authenticity, they were able to make it an even bigger story than it otherwise would be. The attention on Bush's Guard record goes on and on, longer than if the smoking gun actually existed.

This is a picture of Keith Idema. An American mercenary who was recently convicted in Afghanistan of torturing and detaining suspected Taliban prisoners without proper authorization. He is the co author of 'The Hunt for Osama Bin Laden'. Keith and his cohorts received a total of 28 years between the three of them in a shithole Afghani prison.
This was taken during the trial. I particularly like the look of alarm on the co-defendents face on his left.

Ice climbing is good. Sometimes you have to climb ice to get to the skiing, but the skiing is always better.

No. Like a lot of people I did not really see the connection between 9/11 and the invasion of Iraq. I understand the strategic initiative and the compelling financial reasons behind it. Do I think it's been worth even one American's life? No. Was Saddam a threat? Maybe..who knows...did WMD exist? Probably, but the UN made it too easy for them to be disposed of before we could get our hands on them.
I went to Iraq because it was the right thing to do. I'm glad that I went there. I lost some friends there. Will I be going back at this point? I don't think so.

I wasn't referring to the masses of Bush supporters on this side of the big water. However, I understand your implication. There is no doubt in my head that a number of people are seriously deluded about the conditions that exist in Iraq and unfortunately our President elect is one of them. I prefer to let my actions state my position rather than my words, but as usual I come here seeking some sort of balance in the opinions of those that do not hold my views. I am moderate compared to a lot of my friends. In fact I would be considered liberal compared to some people I know. The fact is that the war in Iraq cannot be won at this point by continuing down the path we are taking. I have heard some better men than myself claim otherwise, but in the end I think they are wrong and events will show that.

I think the earthy crunchy stereotype of people who drive large vehicles (trucks in particular) is kind of worn out don't you think? I mean not every earthy crunchy underemployed math teacher drives a volkswagon or a subaru now do they?

Not even in my business, in which people kill other people, has anyone ever disrespected me the way people do here. Forgive me if I have a problem with that. If we end up controlling the oil, defeating the insurgency and bringing Americans back home there will be a victory. People asked for the way out and this is it. Total victory.
