I have a little time off till the bridge decks start coming in for the Narrows. I am now just getting my broken toe back in a climbing shoe, I have got'n way out of shape, so I am troll'n for weekday partners for x38, easy wookout stuff to get my game back on.

Weird electronic shit
I finally figgered it out, i got the first clue when my girl friend that works at a bank told me she could not use her cell phone in the drive tru because it does weird shit with the speaker. Ok so I have been searching out a short in my left car speaker along with the weird lazer thing, come to find out its my new Motorola flip camera phone with live ticker, and it only does it when I break service, that is why it didn't do it in Seattle.It acts like this ...left speaker makes short sound soon after my lazer detector goes off.I'm not loosing my mind and big brother is not zapping me from orbit.... can I stop taking those pills
I got at the mental hospital now?I can't beleave all you cyber teck geeks could not figger this one out.

It must have something to do with Fort Lewis or some other covert big brother LAZER weirdness, because I went to seattle today and it did not go off once when i got back down in thurston co. it went off twice.
The radar\lazer detector I am useing is a sensoro silver bullet and I have an older passport that goes off also.

Dude it's a car LAZER detector and it did not go off but one time in two years, now it goes off a couple times daily.
I think it's big brother with some kind of Lazer device, I mean I am in training central for Fort Lewis and McCord.
Just looking to see if anyone else is experiencing the same shit.

MY freak'n LAZER detector in my car keeps going off, so i got another one and it keeps going off too, I have back tracked, no cops or anything in sight, i mean like up in the woods it will go off, and it does it in some of the weirdest places, I just got a new cell picture phone,
Anyone got a clue, is it big brother with some kind of wacko Lazer from orbit or my cell phone or is it the gremblins in my head making it go off

That would be the first bolt failure I have heard of at Fossil The battle of the buldge is well bolted with good hardware and a 3 bolt anchor , I have spend a lot of time and money upgradeing the classic climbs at Fossil, but have not done much in recent years for fear of the loss of the crag, If you climb there be in climber stealth mode ie: stash your gear, act like your a hiker or hunter and if you do anything inappropriate please don't let on your a climber, access is very fragile. Many local people and church groups climb to the top for the view of MT Rainer, a nice lowland crag when North Bend is wet, if the road is dry Fossil is dry, The rock is so porous that it is dry 5 minutes after a shower.

Not really any access issues durning the weekends, Piessner road access is best durning the week and the locals would ask if you keep climbing in the area stealth, it's best to be with someone that has been there before, there are a lot of wrong logging roads to get off on, don't be sucked in by the big wall on the right on the way in, keep going uphill to the end of the loggin road and you can see Tomahawk tower.there are about a dozen good climbs and a lot of crap, be selective if it looks like crap it proable is. Fossil has a great view of Rainer and the locals are very friendly, the first day there stay around the battle of the buldge area on the better looking stuff.

No I got them new for like $200 but I think they are the same kind of set as the "BOARD OF PAIN" at the Oly rock jym. That kind of training is just too intense for my old body and now that I am back Harley ride'n the guarge could use more space

Yes I think I worked on it like 3 years ago maybe more, they started it up ran it for 6 mounts than shut it down

I am the closest climber that I know of to the Steam plant as it is known by the locals and I have hung alot of Iron there, at the coal mine, the co gen power plant, and at the coal fired plant

Went to Fossil on Sunday it was warm the view of Rainer was killer, just me and my partner were there, Got a wicked pump ...you know ...coming back to Fossil after a long time.... pull'n on those jutting out loose look'n holds makes you pump out ...you just keep hanging on look'n for feet
did not pull anything off.Oh yeah someone from like Saturday took one hellishus dump under the dry boulders ..looked like a cow patty and they left the TP .. the make shift potty is 25 ft farther dude!!!!
Yo it's chossil but it's close and some of the problems are killer .... why does battle of the buldge seem so hard in the first of the year????
BTW it's chossil and if not for the way cool view of Rainer and being so close to podunk, I would not even drag my fat ass all the way up that approch.... the MT bike ride down is

Some friends and I summited the eastern tower of the old bridge without a permit back a few years ago.
The new bridge I don't know. What with all the fear of terrorists and such I don't think that's a good idea. Plus Lucky's working on the bridge, so it'll be years before it's safe enough to expose yourself to the chance of catching all the comunicable diseases he carries.
