2 new POST-recall Alien failures with injury

One poster on RC.com posted a failure which lead to a fall that resulted in a near fatality. On the Supertopo thread discussing that failure of what was a new, Non-Dimpled Alien, there was a brand new report by reputable folks of a Purple (should test to 3500 lbs) failure, no injury.

 

This just sucks.
