It's been stored in our living room Amoire, and we've got to clear out some room (too many tents). So.... it lists at $599 and we got the foot-print ($40), and will sell for $450. You save $190 ! We are totally anal about our gear. It is cleaned after every use, and thoroughly dried, even the stakes. Tent is complete, with all stakes, the foot print, instructions, everything that came with it. Labels are still on the stuff sack! It is brand new essentially! We're in Seattle.
