UPDATE: Fuhrer Finger April 16th or 23rd

Looking to partner for Rainier via Fuhrer Finger, either a late Fri or early Sat start

 

Haven't found a partner yet, weather is looking very good for weekend of the 16th. Dumped over 12th-14th, but expecting consolidation by Saturday given weather forecast.

 

Some have asked about my experience:

- 3 Rainier summits (2x gib ledges, 1x gib chute 2 weeks ago). 5 summit attempts.

- Mt Blanc (summited)

- Denali solo (summited)

- Multiple WI4-6 routes (including a handful of multi pitch alpine) in CO and BC

would you be interested in Kautz? I can lead up to WI 3 and follow WI4+.

 

Experience wise I've spend probably 3 weeks total ice climbing in Canadian Rockies and Ouray. Summited Rainier 3 times from non technical routes. Would like try some harder routes in Rainier. I live in Vancouver BC.

Looking to ski the fuhrer and/or climb whatever else, but can't get up there til 3rd wk of May. Comfy leading wi4+, have all gear, previously climbed the Emmons and Liberty ridge.
