I have been using my 7 year old BD Icon headlamp with a NRG rechargeable battery pack from the beginning of use. Suddenly it will no longer recharge the battery. I think its a connection problem with the plug-in at lamp and the female connector on the AC outlet cord because I have 2 battery packs and neither will charge. Also 2 charging cords and neither works. I took it apart but could not see any obvious problem but it's all circuitry in there. BD doesn't repair lamps. Would like to buy a good, used earlier rechargeable Icon preferably that has not been used in the rechargeable battery mode so the connector has remaining life.
