I've climbed Rainier, Cotopaxi, Kilimanjaro, and others along those lines. I have a full trad rack, split board, avy & rescue training, all the bells and whistles. I'm 42, with 2 young kids, and as a freelance writer my schedule is pretty flexible. Not looking to do anything nutty, just some solid moderate mountain/rock climbing in the area.
