PCTeering: Hiking PCT while climbing several Mtns

I might repost this several times until I acquire the information I desire, so I ask for your generous forgiveness in advance

 

I'd like to know if anyone has hiked a significant portion of the PCT while simultaneously summiting major peaks along the way?

 

The purpose behind my inquiry stems from my preparation to hike the Oregon portion of the PCT while climbing the 12 major peaks along the way, from Hood to McLoughlin. If anyone has done something similar, I'd greatly appreciate communicating with you!
