stamati Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Hey y'all, just putting feelers out for a trip to the warmer climes later this year. Areas of interest include: Indian Creek Red Rocks J Tree Anything warmer and drier than here I'm looking for someone(s) to carpool with. I can lead 5.8 trad comfortably and have a full rack and rope. Like I said, I'm putting the feelers out, so if you have any inclination to do a trip of this sort, let's talk. Cheers! Quote
rsmb Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Hey stamati, I will have a very flexible work schedule starting in November and am looking for partners for 2-4 week trips. I have a rack and a rope and can lead the occasional 5.10 trad pitch when I'm in shape (which I'm not, hah). I am most interested in long, moderate (up to 5.9) trad climbs, but I'd love to climb anything. It would be awesome to spend some time at Indian Creek and learn how cracks work, also. Let's definitely talk. Quote
jhamaker Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Ditto. I love grade III's and IV's, lead up to 5.10- most days, and am very familliar w/ JT and RR (my favorite climbing area). Quote
jhamaker Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 We have a party of four leaving Nov. 23rd for at least a week. Three of us have expressed a high intrest in grade III's and IV's in the 5.8 to 5.10- range. If we get annother person or two interested we will probably add a car and or extend the trip. Last call.
