Chair peak conditions

Has anyone been on the Chair peak recently. I am looking for information if the Summer rock route has meted out/climbable or if it is possible to make it up with the descent gully?

Appreciate any info on the current conditions.

Ended up going up Northeast Buttress route on the Chair. Few wet sections and some less steep portions were snow covered, but overall it was great fun.
