well there was about 3'' of new freshiez out today on bachy, the first significant fall since october so i decided to venture out, pull myself away from spray and take some turns.

 

there we're some nice wind freshie slabs that have formed that made for some quality turns, but the thick layer of ice underneath most of my freshiest friends detracted from the turnxperience.

 

nevertheless, a good time was had by all, besides, I was getting paid to ski

seriously though, the snowpack here at bachelor shoudl be pretty tasty by Thursday/Friday. Those without weekend plans and craving turns should come on down and do some lift serviced skiing or perhaps get back in towards b'top. I'm going to hike back there on Thursday, i'll post some pix.
