new to the area (rock, snow, ice)

Hi Everyone,

 

I am new to the area (just moved to Everett) and am looking for semi-regular climbing partners. I can lead up to 5.8/5.9 and can follow 10a (probably 10b too).

 

I have done some routes in the Liberty Bell Group, some Snow Creek Wall routes, and going after Dragontail tomorrow and N. Ridge on Stuart on Fri-Sat. I am free starting on Sunday and have until 9/5 then have commitments 9/6 through 9/21.

 

I prefer going fast and light, and do not mind bivying on the route (my kit is lightweight enough that I can get away with it pretty easily).

 

I prefer long alpine routes, but am willing to climb just about anything. I also am big into ski mountaineering and general mountaineering (but prefer something I can ski down at the end). I can also lead up WI3/4.

 

I love learning new stuff, and think I would make a great partner for remote routes up to 5.10 (you need to lead the 5.10 though).
