WANTED: Bolt Kit / Drill

Hey all-

I am looking to start bolting a bit. I am looking for any items of the "kit" but especially a hand drill. If you've got a power drill, I'd listen, too, or any other bolting materials (bolts, hangers, torque wrench, etc). I travel between Bellingham, Mazama, and Leavenworth quite a bit so I could probably meet somewhere. Actually heading to Portland this week, too.
