Mt. Adams 7/5

Anyone up for Adams south spur 7/5? I'm in Seattle, prolly leave the night before so that we can get a nice, early start since Adams is a bit of a drive. I could also do 7/4 but I'd prefer 7/5. Of course, this is all subject to the weather.

I would be up for Mt. Hood! I'm going to be in Portland and have the day free for a 1day climb (7/5 or 7/6). Hood, would be ideal but Adams might work... what's your plans for it, ie. what route, time frame, overnighter?? Let me know!

We can do Hood on 7/5, weather permitting. Adams is out, I actually learned that the cold creek campground is STILL snowed in, so until they open that (ranger station said maybe next week) I'm not doing adams.

 

For Hood, I just looked at the routes quickly, I'd say the hogsback route. I'd drive down tomorrow and sleep in my car at the base of it, and then get a nice, early 4 AM start on Thursday, get everything done in a day.
