Partner for Rainier ascent May 11-13th

Hi,

 

I'm Joey (22) and I am an exchange student from a town in Northern Sweden studying at Western Washington University in Bellingham until the beginning of June. I am planning to summit Mt. Rainier on the weekend of May 11-13th and would love to find someone to do it with. I have a good amount of climbing and mountaineering experience (my toughest summit is a 20,000 ft. peak, Mt. Stok Kangri, in the Indian Himalayas last summer). If you are interested in doing this climb with me please get in touch and we can see if it feels like a good fit.

Hey there, I'm looking to summit as well; I've been up to about 12,000 on Rainier. My experience isn't incredibly extensive, but I've done some minor ice climbing on Mt. Hood, and some summits like Mt. Whitney. Send me a message if you're interested.
