Davis-Holland Conditions Anyone.

Wondering if anyone knows how Davis-Holland is looking?

 

I was at the LTW this weekend and found most lower climbs to be dry with the occasional seep (nothing that kept us off the classics). Does anyone have a rule of thumb on when the route becomes dry?

Looks awesome. First pitch is dry, didn't climb it, Town Crier and Green Dragon instead. One party on the route today.

I've climbed it more than couple times when the first pitch was damp. Can only remember the first pitch of Lovin Arms being wet once.

Generally, if the big wet patch to the right looks as dry from the road as it did yesterday, it's good to go.

Climbed Davis-Holland and most of Lovin-Arms today. Nearly everything was bone dry, with the exception of a few holds on the first and fourth pitches. Wonderful day.
