EastCoastBastard Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 Hi I've got 3 days off next week and I'm keen to go climbing - ice, mixed, whatever. I've got a car, gear (small ice rack, small rock rack, single rope, all my personal stuff) and I'm keen. On a low-gravity day, I lead WI5, M7. On a high gravity day... I'm currently on Vancouver Island and would drive over to the mainland to go to Lillooet or somewhere else reasonable. Even one or two days would be great. PM me or email me at graham dot b dot johnson at hotmail Cheers Graham Quote
blueserac Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Too bad! If you are on the Island and want to crank and set lines, go to the Nomash and Rugged Cirque! Most of the fun lines if in are 4 and there abouts! If you like to solo try the big wall. You can find something to play on. Everything is in! Quote
Bigtree Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Not a lot of ice on the island this year Graham, but you can find some good entertainment and maybe some climbable ice on Mts. Arrowsmith and Cokely (easy access). There's also some more up around Boston Lake and Mt. Washington. You can Google all this stuff for some more info or pm me. Quote
