Used but in virtually perfect condition. No holes or tears, and not so much as a blemish that I'm aware of. Will ship with the guylines I added if you want them. A couple of the U.L. snow stakes are bent, so I will add 3 other new stakes to the bag. It comes with all bags/stuff sacks as well. The cheapest I see it online in stock is on sale for $430.
