Lost green C3 at Index ~3 weeks ago

Hi,

 

I just came to lost and found to see if anybody had found a green c3 at the base of the GNS at Index. While I was browsing I found the owner of the cinch I found on the first pitch of orbit. So if there is crazy karma in the world, can I have my c3 back?
