We did the descent in rock shoes and no axes. We bivied next to Inspiration Lake and saw a few showers during the night. Summit day was great weather. Gear Notes: light rack Approach Notes: Asgard. sled Posted August 11, 2010 Share Posted August 11, 2010 funny, my friend and I did west ridge sunday as well, hiked in and out. 17 hours car to car? hiking sucks!
