Time to clean out the gear closet and get rid of the duplicates and vintage gear. Prefer cash deals in person so you can inspect the gear. However, I am trying to be complete in disclosing exactly what condition the items are in though. I can also send more pics on request. I am located in the Columbia River Gorge, right by Beacon Rock. I can meet in Portland, OR and/or Vancouver, WA. I may be in Seattle over Labor Day weekend as well. Buyer to pay all shipping and I do take PayPal if meeting in person in not feasible. If interested send PM or call Dave at three, six, zero 910 zero, six, zero, two.

First up, we have a set of 9 Wild Country Technical Friends (Red with colored sewn slings sizes 0.0 - 4). $250 FIRM! I bought these new, with tags on in 2006, but have rarely used them as they are my triple (or quad) set. Most have been drug around in the pack, a few have been placed, but I only recall 1 short fall on one of the smaller ones (size #1 I think). All in fine working order.

Next is a random Metolius #5 cam with a black sling that came with a bunch of other cams I bought. Don't know the full history on this but it appears to be in great shape and fully serviceable, $30. Trigger action is smooth as butter. I just have too many cams in this size range.

Now we move on to my vintage (1998 ish) The North Face Expedition VE-25 Guide tent. Although this baby has been well loved, it still has plenty of life left in it. Comes "pre-broken" in with "custom fitted" (some slightly curved poles and some sections have been replaced), a few small field repairs including the zipper on the main door (The zipper got chewed up so it now has a stop there and a third pull so you can't open that zipper all the way - see pics.) This tent has seen many o stormy days in the Alaska Range but has been sitting in storage for the past 10 years (in the gear closet, in a plastic bin). Comes with fitted footprint ground cloth that has one very small 1/2" tear. Sorry, I can't seem to find the tent stakes $200 FIRM - if I can't get that, I don't want to sell it.

Next on the docket is an older MSR XGK stove. This was my back up stove on longer trips. It has been in storage for 10 years but fired right up on the first try (see flames in the pics). Pump is included but no fuel bottle - $30.

Next up - 1998ish Scarpa double plastic mountaineering boots, size 11 (I think +/- a half size if not). Used for a few trips in the Alaska Range but plenty of life in the liners, exterior in great shape, too $50

Solomon Super Mt 8 boots size 11.5 (US). I were a size 10.5 street shoe and these are a bit snug on me. Used a few times but still in great shape. Takes step in crampons. They originally had a gimicky inner foot lacing system that I had to cut out as they hurt like hell with it, otherwise, in great shape $50.

SOLDLike new - worn 1 time Evolv approach shoes, size 10.5 (US). I just never wear them, $30.

Last, but certainly least, an old school (circa 1995) Thermarest Thermalounger. Fits full size Thermarest pad (long? aprox. 2' wide x 6' long, pad NOT included). Super comfy and makes a bomber cover for your pad, but a bit heavy compared to the new ones. Great for car camping. Some of the stitching/fabric where the stays end is worn out (which is actually nice if you want to remover the stays, the older ones like this you could not remove them otherwise - see pics). $20
