hobbler Posted June 18, 2008 Share Posted June 18, 2008 I have Enchantments Zone permits for 6 people for June 26-29, 2008 for sale. We decided not to go because of the amount of snow that remains. There's a very good trip report posted on nwhikers.net a week or so ago that you might want to check out before deciding if you want to buy these from me. Details: Enchantments Zone (meaning you get to camp here) Trip Starting Date: June 26, 2008 Trip Ending Date: June 29, 2008 Entry and Exit Point: Snow Lakes Trailhead (although I hear you can enter wherever you want--they just care where you camp). Cost is what I paid--$72 (6 people x 3 nights x $3). I'm selling the whole lot of the permits, which means that I'll call the ranger station and change the name of the group leader from me to you. Once I've made the transfer, you can figure out if subdividing the lot is possible. I'm also willing to trade these permits for Enchantments permits at a later point in the summer. We're very disappointed not to be able to go, but we're not the kind of hikers/climbers who will be able to deal with the snow conditions on the trail and at the top.
