mazegirl Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 (edited) Ask info for Coleman Glacier Current Trail Condition Is there anyone here who has been there recently? Could you pls provide some info? e.g. road driving condition? snow condition? Thanks for any help you might give. Gloria Edited May 10, 2008 by mazegirl Quote
fenderfour Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 This isn't current, but... I was up there late last year, about a week before they stopped plowing the road. A decent storm had blown down a ton of trees. There was alot of climbing over blow down. I doubt that it would have been cleaned up yet. The trail takes at least one major detour due to downed trees. And I found this: "04/17/2008: SNOW Trailhead inaccessible due to snow. Parking at Glacier Creek Road. " Here: Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest Trail Status Quote
Tony_Bentley Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 There is someone lost up there right now isn't there? Quote
Hendershot Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 True, the guys car was parked where the snow blocked the road, 4 miles up the 8 miles to the TH. I checked the road conditions on my way back from Shuksan. Quote
